Wheat Free recipes tried and tested by Me
Sadly, I must avoid wheat. It is like a poison to my body. I am a real foody and not fussed on additives and preservatives. I do not enjoy the ready made wheatfree and gluten free ranges available. Yes, some do taste nice but quite often they are bland, crumbly and very very expensive.
I also enjoy cooking the old fashion way using natural, fresh and mostly organic ingredients. I also give cooking time, love and attention. The whole process of finding the ingredients, a recipe, and taking my time producing a wonderful meal or treat is perfect therapy and a joy.
I will now try out a few recipes, show a photo (if I can!) and give an honest account of how the recipe worked.
Feel free to share the recipes, or share yours!
If I have purloined the recipe from the back of a packet, recipe book, or website, I will be crediting the author. No plagurising only sharing here!
I will also add a list of my cupboard staples so that I can cook and batch bake on demand.
